For the Courtyard Platinum project, C1 - C2 - C3 - C4 - C5 - C6 - C7 - C8 - D1 - D2 - D3 - D4 - B3 – B blocks delivery date is December 2025, A9 – A10 – A11 – A12 – A13 – A14 – A15 C9 – C10 – C11 - C12 - C13 – E1 - E2 Block delivery date is May It is 2026.

In the project: studio, 1+1 apartment, 1+1 duplex apartment, 2+1 apartment duplex, 2+1 apartment duplex luxury, 3+1 apartment, 3+1 apartment duplex types are available.

Courtyard platinum is located at the north part of the project with an impressive courtyard of 20,000 m2 filled with buzzing, joyfull activities around pools, aquas, decks, cabanas, restaurant and bars and an impressive garden and activity areas spread all around it. Indoor pool, gym, spa and other central facilities are located on the basement inside the courtyard area, organized around a sunken garden and an open Amphitheatre. The main restaurant and the lines of shops on the side of the street, serves both the courtyards and the newly developing area, creating a new commercial center that the area is lacking. Open sports areas such as tennis, basketball, football courts and BBQ/picnic areas are located on the green area outside the courtyard in the North.
